Our quit smoking therapy is highly successful and easy and we try to make it as much fun as possible!  We recommend you come in for 2 sessions, although the therapy can be conducted in one session if time is short.

The first session is 3 hours approximately, ending with hypnosis and the second session is an hour and a half approximately, again ending with hypnosis.  You will have your final cigarette prior to this hypnosis and then leave as a happy, healthy non-smoker – for life!
